Save Our Stomachs Events

Find out what’s been happening in the HDGC community — to share information, connect with experts, raise awareness, and fundraise in support of Save Our Stomachs. Many thanks to our generous sponsors for helping make these events possible.

Our kids have spent the last 3 days hosting a lemonade stand, for Save Our Stomachs! They had so much fun being a part of this fundraiser.

It was a great success! All of the golfers were proud of their efforts and graciously gave to the cause. We are so proud of you kids!!!

Together we will Save Our Stomachs – For the Future! The kids raised $771!

Congratulations to Dylan Davison for completing his Ironman triathlon on September 24, 2023! Running, biking and swimming 114 miles in one day… stomachless… was quite the feat! He did this to raise awareness for stomach cancer and to help fund the Save Our Stomachs endowment fund.

Dylan has raised $8,276 toward his goal of $10,000. We are eternally grateful to Dylan and to all of those that have supported him along the way. Dylan, you are not only an inspiration to the stomachless community, you are a hero to those that have been diagnosed with stomach cancer. Thank you for representing this much needed cause in such a dynamic way!

Thank you Megan’s Fashion Week for hosting a fundraiser last month (September 2023) on behalf of Save Our Stomachs. Your efforts lead to a contribution of $2,376.88 USD toward Parry Guilfords endowment fund. Thank you Megan’s Fashion Week for raising awareness and for funding this much needed cause. We appreciate you and your efforts.

The grassroots economic support we can provide here has a significant and meaningful impact on the futures of our CDH1 community. As a parent, you can imagine how difficult it is for us knowing we passed this gene on to our children, and we’re doing everything we can to save their stomachs and avoid a cancer diagnosis. We need and ask for your help to fund our initiative.

Our thanks to Allison Gritton | Gritton Design for bringing this site to life.
